Exceptional service created a warm atmosphere, with Morris going above and beyond to accommodate our needs, especially with early breakfasts for the marathon. The room was well-appointed with thoughtful touches like fans during the hot summer. Location was ideal, just a short walk to the town center, yet tranquil enough for a peaceful night. Only minor wait for breakfast service when busy, but the options were extensive and the food delicious.

Had an amazing trip with friends! We explored the local sights including Anne Hathaway's Cottage and took a stroll around the picturesque gardens. Morris was incredibly helpful and the breakfast selection was a great way to start the day. The location was perfect, just a 15-minute walk to everything we wanted to see.
The only downside was the bed was quite firm, making it a bit hard to sleep comfortably.

The owner, Morris, goes above and beyond in providing guest service. He tailored local information specifically for us, making our visit more enjoyable.
The parking situation is not ideal, as there’s space for only a few cars.

While I appreciated the quiet of our back room, it came with a persistent whining noise from next door that was a bit annoying. The shower room was cramped, making it tricky to dry off comfortably, and I found myself wishing for more space after a shower. WiFi connectivity fluctuated during my stay, somewhat hindering my plans.

Delightful garden area, high cleanliness standards, varied room options with character
The bathroom setup needs rethinking, as it's rather cramped for a comfortable experience!!! A more robust WiFi connection would make planning outings easier, especially for travelers needing reliable internet access!!!
